Zoom has announced new additional products and security features to strengthen its portfolio of advanced business offerings.

These improvements help organizations meet compliance, security, privacy, survivability, and manageability requirements.
The company emphasized that these tools are integral to Zoom Workplace and Zoom Business Services, such as Zoom Events and Zoom Contact Center. “Our goal is to make communication and collaboration on Zoom flawless, timeless, and error-free.”
In 2023, global non-compliance penalties exceeded $549 million, impacting more than 353 million people through security breaches—plus, 31% of businesses experienced network or bandwidth issues. In response, Zoom’s latest enterprise features aim to address these challenges, and security in particular, head-on.
Zoom Compliance Manager Plus: Released in March and powered by Theta Lake, it provides businesses with archiving, eDiscovery, legal hold, and information protection.
The new Compliance Manager Plus enhances ZCM with risk detection, protection , and advanced trend analysis. These features help organizations meet regulatory obligations and mitigate compliance risks.

Zoom Meeting Survivability: This feature introduces enhanced network redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service during Internet outages caused by severe weather or provider failures.
Using Zoom Node as a central hub to host on-premises workloads allows meetings to continue seamlessly via failover to local servers.
Zoom Mesh for Meetings: Zoom Mesh is already available for webinars and events and is now expanding to meetings.
This feature optimizes bandwidth usage, saving companies up to 60% on Internet costs, while ensuring a smooth user experience despite bandwidth limitations
Zoom Customer Managed Key (CMK) Hybrid: Improving upon Zoom's existing CMK data privacy offering, CMK Hybrid gives customers more control over the encryption keys used to secure their data.
