Microsoft a preview of version 19045.3757 (KB5032278) for Windows 10 22H2 to members of the Windows Insider program.

This version includes Copilot integration for Windows 10.

With this update, we are starting to roll out Copilot to devices running Windows 10, version 22H2 Home and Pro on Windows (in preview). Windows Insiders in the preview build with eligible devices3 running Windows 10, version 22H2 who are interested in trying Copilot on Windows can install it by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and turning on “Get the latest updates as they’re available” and Check for updates. Windows Insiders in the Preview Channel who have already received the previous update will see Copilot on Windows soon. As a reminder, this will be a gradual rollout through Controlled Feature Release (CFR) over the coming months.
Copilot on Windows appears on the right side of the taskbar in Windows 10. Once selected, Copilot appears on the right side of your screen. It does not overlap the desktop content or block open application windows.
Devices running Windows 10 Pro version 22H2 used by organizations will not be included in the initial release of Copilot for Windows. Additionally, devices running Windows 10 Enterprise and Education version 22H2 will not be included in the initial release of Copilot for Windows. Known issues
- The current version of Copilot on Windows does not support vertically positioning the taskbar on the right or left side of the screen. To use Copilot on Windows 10, make sure your computer's taskbar is horizontally positioned at the top or bottom of the screen.
- You may experience some minor instability when pressing the “Refresh” button in the Copilot experience. Additionally, clicking links within Copilot or closing Microsoft Edge or Copilot may cause Copilot and Microsoft Edge to crash.
- Copilot does not currently support multiple monitors. The icon will only appear on the main monitor and taskbar.
