The community is excited about the upcoming Valorant Episode 7 Act 1, which brings with it a number of gameplay changes and more. It will be released alongside Valorant Patch 7.0, details of which were shared thanks to the Public Beta Environment (PBE) provided by the developers.

The PBE is an official service provided by Valorant where interested players can sign up to try out certain features coming to the game. In simple terms, it's a test server where select players can experiment to help developers fine-tune changes before they go live.
Below are the patch notes for Valorant's next update along with details on when it will be released, the changes, the new agent, and even some bug fixes.

General updates
- Spray Wheel
Added text to the Spray equipment screen to indicate which keybindings you have bound.
Mode updates
- Team Deathmatch
This is a 5v5 deathmatch team game mode, where the first team to achieve 100 kills or the highest score at the end of 10 minutes wins.
Agent updates
A new Sentinel agent has been added to the game named Deadlock. She is a Norwegian agent with a history that connects her to Sova.

Bug Fixes
Generally
- Fixed an issue where the Spray Wheel would not appear in-game when a package was missing during loading. This should now occur much less frequently.
- Fixed a bug where you could make purchases outside of your account region.
Agents
- Fixed Chamber's Rendezvous (E) to interrupt teleportation if suppressed mid-animation.
- Fixed Cypher's Spycam (E) from being able to be placed on the revolving door in the Lotus.
Social
- Fixed an issue where the Chinese input method Baidu Pinyin could only type English in chat.
- Fixed a bug where the Push-to-Talk button would sometimes allow voice transmission even after the button was released.
These are some of the things you can expect to see released with Valorant Patch 7.0 which will come with Episode 7 Act 1 on June 27th, which also marks the completion of Episode 6 Act 3.
A new sleek battlepass will also be included, featuring three weapon skinlines and many other exciting cosmetics.
