How to enable Quiet Mode
- Launch the Instagram app on iOS or Android and sign in, if required.
- Tap your profile picture at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to your profile page.
- Then, tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner of the screen.

- From the list of options, select “Settings”.
- Once you go to the Settings menu, tap “Notifications“.
- In the “Push Notifications” section, look for “Quiet Mode” and tap it.
- To turn on silent mode, slide the toggle switch to the right.
- You can set the start and end times for silent mode by tapping the “From” and “To” options.
- Select the time you want silent mode to start and end by scrolling up or down on the time selector or by typing the desired time.
