1. Take your phone and launch the Facebook
2. In the upper right corner of the screen, tap on the Settings
3. Search for Facebook Memories
4. Selecting it will take you to another page with a gear icon in the upper right corner. Tap the icon.
5. You now have three options: All Memories, Highlights or None– their names are self-explanatory – choose whichever best suits your needs! With All Memories you will receive all of that day’s memories notifications from Facebook, with Highlights you will only see special videos/collections, while with None you will be reminded of absolutely nothing about any past experiences.
If you want something more specific, you can always choose to hide Facebook Memories associated with certain users and time periods. All it takes is a few quick steps – go to the People in your account settings and type in anyone whose Memories you want to hide from view. You don’t have to worry about notifying those people or manually saving your choices – this process is automated so everything will be sorted out as quickly as possible!

If you want to hide Facebook Memories from a specific time period, follow the same steps and tap Dates. Here you can enter almost any range – a day, several weeks or months, even an entire year – all the way back to 2000! When you’re done, tap Save.
