Hackers from the ransomware group broke into the IT systems of the Italian car manufacturer Ferrari.

Thousands of internal documents of the famous Italian brand Ferrari were released by malicious hackers from the Ransomexx group.
The documents include "confidential" booking contracts, IDs, addresses, technical files and more. The number of leaked documents is 11,073.
The exfiltration appears to have occurred recently – at least that's what we can infer from the creation of the 15 compressed files (+7Go).
File titles like "Promos" or "market-product" could hint at a cyberattack that affected the marketing department of Italian automaker Ferrari. There are also technical data sheets, repair manuals , and more.
Also included in the files is information on products destined for Central Europe, California, Bahrain and China.

The RansomExx hackers, also known as Defray777, have been around since November 2020. Their victims include many manufacturers around the world: Gigabyte Technology, WT Micro Electronics, and Bombardier (BRP). The hackers appear to have infiltrated around fifty companies, so it's quite active.
