If there is a particular PivotTable in your spreadsheet that you no longer use, you have two ways to remove it in Excel. There is a keyboard method as well as a menu option for deleting PivotTables. Read on to see how to use them

The quickest and simplest way to remove a PivotTable from your spreadsheet is to use the Delete key on your keyboard.
To get started, launch your spreadsheet with Microsoft Excel. Then, in your spreadsheet, select the PivotTable you want to delete by clicking on it.
While the table is selected, on keyboard , press the Delete key.
Note : Excel doesn't display any warning when you use the Delete key to remove a table , so make sure you're sure about deleting your table data
If you accidentally delete a table, you can restore it by quickly pressing Ctrl+Z (Windows) or Command+Z (Mac).

Another way to delete a PivotTable in your spreadsheet is to use an option from the Excel menu.
To use this method, first click on any cell in the PivotTable.
Then, in the Excel menu at the top, click on the “Pivot Table Analysis” tab.
On the PivotTable Analysis tab, in theActions, click Select > Entire PivotTable. This will make the table in the spreadsheet look sharper.
