As Dylandkt claimed on Twitter , Apple 's "high-end iMac" is not expected to launch in Q4 2021 alongside the "M1X Macs," as Apple simply doesn't want its devices competing for attention and causing delays in product releases.

Dylandkt previously claimed that an Apple “M1X” processor is being planned for the latest “Pro” Macs, which could be included in upcoming MacBook Pro and a larger, more powerful Mac model. Apple is expected to release 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro models sometime between September and November. Bloomberg’s reliable reporter Mark Gurman said he also expects the larger, redesigned high-end iMac to feature an M1X or M2X chip, but Gurman stopped short of offering details on a release date.
Apple is known to still be developing a larger version of the iMac, but it halted work on the larger version to release the 24-inch iMac model earlier this year. If the larger version of the iMac uses an M1X or M2X chip, it will be a more powerful version of the M1 chip found in the 24-inch iMac. The 27-inch Intel models that remain in Apple's lineup were launched in August 2020, suggesting they are reaching the end of their production cycle.

A new larger iMac will likely feature several changes that began in the last 24-inch model, such as a slimmer overall design, studio-quality microphones, and of course, more powerful Apple processors replacing Intel's.
Dylandkt has correctly predicted details about a number of recent Apple products. As early as November 2020, the leaker claimed that the next-generation iPad Pro would feature an M1 chip, five months before the device was revealed. Ahead of the release of the 24-inch MiMac earlier this year, Dylandkt also correctly predicted that the new, redesigned iMac would replace the smaller, entry-level Mac and feature an M1 chip rather than an M1X.

In other recent tweets, Dylandkt claimed that new MacBook Air models powered by a previous "M2" chip will be released in the first half of 2022 and that Apple's LiDAR camera feature will only appear on the "Pro" variants in the upcoming iPhone 13 models.
