In extension of the Smart Monitor series Samsung proceeds. The series of screens for smart computers, which is powered by Tizen, now includes a 4K M7 43‑inch model, as well as a 1080p M5 24‑inch, marking the larger and smaller smart screens that will be available to date.

Samsung introduced the Smart Monitor last year and describes it as a “do-it-all” display designed for both work and entertainment. The displays feature built-in speakers and smart TV functionality via Samsung’s Tizen platform, meaning you can run video apps like Netflix directly on the device, as well as remote desktop and work software like Office 365.

The smart displays feature a remote that is compatible with Alexa, Google Assistant, and Bixby, and also provide wireless support for DeX, Samsung's desktop-style environment that runs on Galaxy.
The M7 series now includes 4K 43‑inch and 32‑inch options. The M5 series uses a 1080p panel and is available in 24‑inch, 27‑inch and 32‑inch sizes. Samsung also introduced a white version of the 27‑inch Smart Monitor and the M5 32‑inch.

Samsung has not yet announced the prices for the new models, but the 32‑inch M7 was released at $399.99, while the 27‑inch M5 at $229.99, so the prices may possibly fluctuate slightly above or below these two levels.
