The Turkish hacker, through a deface attack on https://finance.gov.ly, the website of the Libyan Ministry of Finance, chose to leave his own personal message to the Prime Minister of Greece, in a mocking and not at all flattering manner.
It should be noted that, so far, it is not known how he gained unauthorized access to the website's servers or whether he has managed to breach critical sensitive infrastructure in Libya. The only thing that is certain is that the confirmed access is proven through the distortion of the homepage of the Ministry of Finance website.

As shown in the screenshot below, RootAyyildiz uploaded a photo of Kyriakos Mitsotakis to the website of the Libyan Ministry of Finance (on an internal website), which has been edited to mock his personality. The purpose of the altered photo is to comment on the statements of the country's prime minister regarding his recent visit to Libya and what he said.

In fact, on the same page, the Turkish hacker and his team chose to leave their own written message:
"Turkish defacer rootayyildiz my team hacktivizm.org Message We condemn your welcome to the Greek Prime Minister of Greek origin who attacked Islam, we warn you to be on the same side with Greece Do not be fooled by the Zionist forces, we will save your powerful Ottoman grandchildren."
Free Translation:
“Message from Turkish defacer rootayyildiz and my hacktivism.org team: We condemn your welcoming of the Greek Prime Minister who attacked Islam, we warn you not to be on the same side as Greece. Do not be fooled by the Zionist forces, we will save the powerful Ottoman grandchildren.”
RootAyyildiz and his team also leaked evidence of the attack in progress (dump from the website's databases) as shown below:

According to the hacker's reports on a well-known underground forum, the time it took to gain full access to the website did not exceed 45 minutes!!!

It should be mentioned that the reason for this specific hacking attack was the decision of Kyriakos Mitsotakis to visit Libya, who, accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikos Dendias, held extensive talks, as the Greek aim is for the entire framework of diplomatic relations to enter a new trajectory, after December 2019 and the signing of the Turkish-Libyan memorandum by the Sarraj government.
Athens intends, with this visit of the Prime Minister and the Foreign Minister, to discuss with the Libyan transitional government the Greek positions, as they have been formulated in their entirety in the recent past. Greece characterizes the demarcation between Ankara and Tripoli as invalid, as it contradicts international law and does not recognize maritime zones in the Greek islands.
Until now, the website remains under the hacker's control and the malicious posted message is available to anyone who visits the internal website.

What is a defacement attack?
A defacement attack is a type of website vandalism where hackers infiltrate the website and replace its content with their own messages. It is usually used to cover up something larger, which is happening in the background, while the messages can carry a political or religious message, inappropriate content, or a notification that the website has been hacked.
Content alteration is usually achieved using SQL injection and logging into the administrator's account. Common targets of defacement attacks are government figures and websites, or religious websites, while the attacks are most often committed by activists (hacktivists), who prefer large pages with many viewers.
