Do you think someone tried to hack Apple account? You're not the only one! Since Tuesday, many iPhone have seen their Apple IDs locked and unable to use the company's apps and services.
Apple has apparently locked the accounts of an unknown number of customers and cut off access to its services, including iCloud, iMessage, and others. It has also required customers to take specific steps to verify their accounts. However, many users have expressed their anger at the company's move on social media, including Twitter.
Apple has been reluctant to reveal any information about the multiple account lockouts, as no official statement has been made. This has not stopped customers from making various theories about Apple's errors or the failure of its systems to lock out accounts. Another possibility is that the company noticed that many users were trying to access their accounts using the same passwords across multiple Apple services, which the company may have interpreted as an account hacking attempt. Apart from these, it is very possible that the company is trying to protect users who believe their accounts may be at risk of attack.
It should be noted that the risk of Apple ID breaches can be reduced by adding security layer two–factor authentication to Apple accounts. The most important thing about this feature is that in addition to the protection it provides you, if someone tries to access your accounts, you will immediately receive a notification about it.
Although the company did not provide information about what happened, if you go to Apple's page, you will see instructions for regaining access.
