The nightmare never ends: After the release and withdrawal of Windows 10 October 2018 Update (version 1809) due to critical bugs, Microsoft sent out a cumulative update that causes BSOD on certain computers.
Windows 10 cumulative update KB4464330 for version 1809 as well as cumulative update KB4462919 for the April Update (version 1803) are causing HP to BSOD, with no easy workaround found so far.
Microsoft has already acknowledged the bug and stated that it is working with HP to find a solution, but for some strange reason, the official pages of the two KB updates have not uploaded information regarding this issue.

According to online reports from several users, several HP systems are affected by this particular bug after installing the October Patch Tuesday updates.
While only a limited number of Windows 10 (version 1809) are likely to be affected by the issue, mainly because this particular version of the operating system was retired shortly after its release, the bug is also present in the April 2018 Update, which is now running on 90% of all Windows 10 devices.
Microsoft has not said anything about releasing a fix, although it goes without saying that the company must be working around the clock to release it as quickly as possible. For now, removing unwanted updates seems to be the only way to "survive. "
