Lisa Bridgett is one of the victims of the Manchester bombing who was saved thanks to iPhone 6s. How did this happen, you will tell us… and you are right. The young girl was talking on the phone during the explosion and the device managed to deflect and slow down the explosive projectiles.
The explosion that occurred in Manchester, England on Monday could have been fatal for Lisa Bridgett. The iPhone 6 managed to deflect the projectiles that unfortunately proved fatal for many people who attended the Ariana Grande concert that day.
However, the young woman suffered injuries from the attack as a piece of lead cut her finger and grazed her cheek. Fortunately, the iPhone deflected the metal piece, preventing a fatal wound to her head.
Lisa's husband posted images of her smartphone on Facebook, showing how the piece of metal managed to tear through the iPhone 6s' aluminum frame, speaker, and even the screen. But the systems were strong enough to slow the pieces down and save the girl's life.
It should be noted that the iPhone 6s is designed to be slightly more powerful than its predecessors, which gave the phone the necessary power to benefit Lisa.
This isn't the first time an Apple has saved its owner's life. In January, a MacBook Pro deflected a stray bullet during a shooting at a Florida airport, saving its owner's life. The same incident happened with a Huawei P8 Lite last year.
