Microsoft's new Surface Laptop leaked a few minutes ago, ahead of its public unveiling scheduled to take place in a few hours during a press conference in New York.

Simply called the Surface Laptop (and not the Surface CloudBook as initially rumored), the new device will be powered by Microsoft's new Windows 10 Cloud (or Windows 10 S, according to many rumors), which is the company's operating system limited to apps in the Windows Store.
In addition to the Surface Laptop, Windows 10 Cloud is also expected to be unveiled today at the event in New York.
In terms of hardware, the Surface Laptop will feature a 13.5-inch PixelSense display and will be available in four different colors, namely platinum, burgundy, cobalt blue, and graphite.
The device will be super-portable and will be just (1.2kg) and will be 14.47mm thick at the back and 9.9mm at the front, given the shape. Microsoft is specifically focusing on making the display look amazing, so it will feature 3.4 million pixels with a 3:2 aspect ratio.
While CPU, memory, and storage capabilities are still unknown, the leaked photos show that the Surface Laptop will come with a single USB port, a mini DisplayPort , and the Surface power connector used for recharging. There's no USB Type-C, which finally puts an end to rumors suggesting that Microsoft could ditch the Surface Port for this more popular connector.
One of the Surface Laptop's standout features will be the keyboard, which is covered in Alcantara, a fabric that Microsoft has also used on other Surface accessories like the Surface Pro 4 keyboard that is sold separately.
