MWC is the best place for smartphone manufacturers to introduce new products. Motorola, in turn, announced the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus. Now it seems that the company is ready to launch the Moto G5 in a new color variant.
The Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus are available in gray and gold colors, but a recent report reveals a third alternative for the Moto G5, that of blue.
The back of the Moto G5 is sapphire blue, but the front bezels will remain black. This gives the phone a more elegant and unified look. It should be noted that the blue variant, despite the common elements, will not be the same as the black one.
The phone's side buttons are blue, as is the earpiece. The slightly curved back is also visible from the front, giving it a beautiful effect.
The blue Moto G5 will be available in the UK through the O2 Refresh program while its price will remain the same, at €200.
The specifications of the blue variant will remain the same, with the phone featuring a 5.0-inch Full HD display with 441ppi and Corning Gorilla Glass 3, water-resistant nano-coating, and an aluminum exterior.
Additionally, the Moto G5 comes with 16 or 32GB of internal storage and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC clocked at 1.4GHz with 2 or 3GB of RAM. It has a 2,800mAh battery for fast charging and runs on Android 7.1 Nougat. The primary camera is 13MP with f/2.0 aperture while the secondary camera is 5MP with f/2.2 aperture.
