HTC , was set to announce several new smartphones during its U event scheduled for January 12.The new models will include the impressive HTC U Ultrawhich have already been leaked online.
Specifically, @OnLeaks revealed that the HTC One X10, also known as the HTC E 66, will be the only smartphone in the new series to feature a 3.5mm headphone jack. The audio jack will be located on the top of the phone, in the same position as its predecessor, the One X9. On the other hand, the HTC U Ultra and UPlay smartphones will feature USB Type-C ports as a replacement for the missing 3.5mm headphone jack. However, it is a fact that more and more manufacturers are abandoning the headphone jack and adopting the USB port on their devices.
In addition to the headphone jack, some other specifications of the new One X10. Specifically, it will feature a 5.5-inch display with full HD resolution, just like the One X9. It will be powered by a 1.9GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6755 processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory as well as support for memory expansion via microSD card. In addition, it will offer a 16MP rear camera with dual-tone flash and fingerprint sensor. On the front there is an 8MP camera that is used for taking selfies and making video calls. Unfortunately, information about the battery capacity has not yet been released, but we will find out relatively soon since the official presentation of the phone is very close.
For information, the Ultra U will feature a 6-inch display and it comes in three different variants: black, blue, white. The U Play's screen will be a little smaller, 5.2 inches.
