Facebook appears to be testing a new feature that will allow you to find the nearest wireless hotspots (Wi-Fi).
Not long ago, Facebook began asking its pages if they provide Wi-Fi to their customers at their physical addresses.
It seems that this information could be used for the social network's new project, although the results could be somewhat inaccurate, as no one can say for sure whether the administrators of the pages did not lie about providing Wi-Fi.
The new feature first appeared on the iOS app, but not globally. It's currently unclear whether Android users have the feature. Those surveyed didn't, but that doesn't mean there aren't a few lucky Facebook app users who do.
As for iOS, as we mentioned above, it has not been released for everyone yet.
If you're one of the lucky ones, you can locate the feature in the hamburger menu available on the mobile app.
