Make a Loader with css (without image)

You may have noticed the loader we use on iGuRu.gr (it appears when you click on /load more). This particular loader is a .gif file, uploaded to our server.

But let's see how we can make a loader with 10 lines of code without using any images.
Create an html file and write:
