Microsoft has just released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14328 to PC and mobile Insiders enrolled in the Fast ring. This version is just one build newer than the Mobile build released on Wednesday.
For the PC, however, this particular build brings many new features and several improvements, such as Windows Ink, updated Start, and much more!

As we mentioned earlier, Windows 10 build 14328 was released only to Fast Ring Insiders. This means that no official ISO images are being released.
This build is supposed to be installed via Windows Update. Below you will find the ISO to install Windows 10 build 14328 from scratch if you are interested.
