Ukraine has launched a complete overhaul of government IT systems after suspicions that Kiev's main airport was attacked via the internet, according to Reuters.
The discovery, which took place over the weekend, follows the successful placement of malware in Ukraine that ultimately led to a power outage.
The attack on the power supply occurred on the same network as the airport's air traffic control procedures, according to the report, and was detected early without causing further damage.
It is reported that there is evidence of Russian hackers being behind the attack, although there is no official announcement from Ukraine or any definitive proof of this.
