After downloading the app from Google Play, the user is guided step by step through the process:
Initially, a connection is made to the router.
Then, the user's respective smartphone should be moved further and further away from the router, while a screen provides information regarding the strength of the wireless signal.
Once the application detects the optimal placement point of the WiFi Repeater, the mobile phone vibrates.
The user can now locate the nearest outlet and put an existing or new WiFi Repeater into operation there.
Anyone who wants general information about the wireless signal in the area, there is a second menu that informs them appropriately. The application informs about the current WiFi performance, while in case of poor performance, the app makes suggestions for improvement.
With this application, users can improve their wireless network with the devolo WiFi Repeater in no time and without the need for specialized knowledge.
