ESET announced that its next-generation enterprise solution, ESET File Security , will be part of Microsoft Azure Security as a VM Extension. Business customers can benefit from this proven and trusted IT security solution on Microsoft’s cloud computing platform starting Sunday, July 12 , 2015.
The ESET File Security solution on the Microsoft Azure platform will initially be available in Western Europe, and gradually in the coming days in the remaining regions where the Azure platform is available.
In addition to the existing IT security capabilities built into Azure, Microsoft offers a rich set of complementary antimalware solutions to protect virtual servers, giving users the opportunity to benefit from IT security software vendors they already know and trust. “ESET File Security offers top-notch protection for virtual file servers.
