Lexus has released a video showcasing something many have dreamed of but never believed would exist: a real hoverboard.
The video is short, and doesn't show the vehicle in action, but you'll see the hoverboard, called SLIDE, hovering slightly above the ground before a traditional skateboarder puts down his board and jumps on it.
In case there is any doubt about the Lexus video, on the hoverboard's promotional website, the company states:
"Lexus has created a real, rideable hoverboard."
Unfortunately, these are the only details Lexus mentions.
It should be noted that the video the company uploaded does not show anyone riding a hoverboard. Perhaps it could just be a publicity stunt by Lexus. As we mentioned above, the company did not provide further details.
It doesn't matter, but the video alone is worth it.
