Personal data in absolute danger

General electronic filing and its analysis as a modern dangerous phenomenon

Written by: Dimitris Kakakevakis

Under the pretext of anti‑terrorism prevention and protection. So that today humanity may be controlled by the CIA – mainly – by the KGB, the Interz Service and all the other secret services that trade or clash through the internet nowadays Google – Facebook, Yahoo, Amazon, etc. With Big Data, which means “Generalization of the world’s electronic operation”.

ALL SUSPECTS IN THE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT STORM

Now everyone – men, women and children are locked into algorithms, with a data dictatorship, which are SOLD, as partial and generalized speculative exploitation, as noted in his highly significant text by the professor of the University of Strasbourg, a former member of the Academy of Athens, Nikitas Aliprantis. To reveal the modern storm of electronic surveillance, he endangers individual freedoms, which include the critical protection of private life… Which, of course, was largely abolished in our country since the era of the Metaxas dictatorship combined with the torture of dissenters in that regime. So that after the civil war a broader surveillance could exist, which was ultimately abolished after the 1974 transition. Now, however, the global internet surveillance has eliminated all traditional surveillance, with the official American state, through the NSA, denying the private sphere and abolishing communication secrecy with indiscriminate surveillance and monitoring. As happened with the European Union, whose legislation causes all residents of the eurozone to be monitored (even through the “smart” electronic phones), being considered de facto suspects. As “suspects” they are considered for America and all European governments, as revealed in 2013 regarding their monitoring by the American intelligence service (p. 58) in the 32nd text of Professor N. Aliprantis in his book “Critical Legacies of the 20th Century in Today’s Societies”.

THE FILED, EXILED AND TORTURED GREEK RESISTANTS TO THE METEX DICTATORSHIP

Repeatedly I have written against all the major secret services for monitoring citizens, at all levels, to control them, to blackmail them, to know—mainly about politicians, economists, social, activist groups—the whole spectrum of their activities. We, as a country, have repeatedly experienced periodic secret services, especially from the Metaxas dictatorship era with the secret service mechanism (under the then‑inducing fear and terror of Greek citizens) of Maniadakis. He since combined the secret services with overt and covert torture of Greek citizens, who were considered suspects (but also unsuspected) against the fascist regime of August 4… To use torture methods such as the test of the seat of the tortured in ice columns, etc. Thus one could say that inhumane and horrific tyrannies of suspects and innocent citizens—mainly as a prevention against terrorism—we can say that the ice columns and other tortures of Maniadakis constituted a kind of similarity both with America’s Guantanamo and with all the centers of the secret services of the great, mainly state powers that seized mountains of files to monitor dissenters and imprison them in isolated areas or torture centers such as during the junta of the Colonels of the EAT–ESAT in central Athens. Or as previously happened after the civil war in the basements of the Athens Security, on Mavrommataion Street. There later the renovated building housed the Ministry of Culture which still resides there.

MINISTRY OF CULTURE IN THE SECURITY - TORTURE PART To "sanctify" this place of martyrdom - torture with... culture, a continuous phenakism of the importance of an essential concept and act that should characterize the humanistic (and not bless the anti-humanistic) culture. However, today in particular, an inhumane culture of revolving savagery is dominant. Which the rescue services, with their organs, both at the police, military and parastatal level, serve with committed criminality, both with secret surveillance and with torture.

THE COLLAPSE OF THE REVELATIONS ABOUT CIA ETC.

Like what was revealed a few days ago by Congress about the inhumane torture activities carried out by the terrible American secret service of the CIA, revelations that were a blow, essentially both for the CIA and for all the secret - dark services - of all the powerful and dominant states of yesterday and today, as well as the secret services of small states like ours, such as the former KYP and the current EPPYM. With the difference that all these smaller secret services are cooperating and dependent on the secret services of the large states that all together today cooperate or fight based on the surveillance of citizens in their countries and worldwide.

THE BIG ELECTRONIC BROTHER IS WATCHING…

Today, however, the monitoring of secret services as the tortures that continue to be committed are facilitated through the global electronic web of the Internet so that no citizen connected with mobile and fixed electronic, digital and satellite communication media can escape their control and dependence. An analysis of this entire reality of electronic surveillance is provided by Professor Nikitas Aliprantis in the third part of his book. The book's title: critical inheritances of the 20th century in today's societies. In’ this book - which we will present in our next article, the third chapter is titled: “General dossier: Sociological analysis of a dangerous phenomenon” from this also important text we selectively quote passages such as:

THIEVES OF THE ELECTRONIC DESTRUCTION OF OUR LIFE

5th August 2013 the French newspaper Liberatium described in detail the events that people's lives are “spied” permanently by electronic means from the “smart” phones connected to the internet. From loyalty cards, from social networks, even from public transport cards. In other words, with the new technologies we all live in supervised freedom with our indirect and almost always unconscious consent, a damning piece of evidence. These technological means transform the slightest movements into “personal data”. The recent scandal “prism” revealed how social networks and web giants supplied information to American intelligence services. And the first question is: why do Internet users consent to this relentless monitoring.

Who is the mobile?

Of course it is possible for someone to refuse to have a mobile phone (I don't have one, but until when will it be possible?) or to be on Facebook (I'm not on it either, which means a forced resignation). With the ability for someone to use electronic media -without supervision- to exist but it entails many restrictions. However, the author Nikitas Aliprantis, who is an honorary professor at the University of Strasbourg, associate professor at Democritus University of Thrace and a forthcoming member of the Academy of Athens, in the continuation of this extremely interesting text analyzes four points of the abolition of people's private life on a global scale under the following subtitles:

UNIQUE FOLDER OF ALL AND EVERYONE

A) Indiscriminate filing with a triple meaning: a) The indiscriminate filing referring to something that is not distinguished, b) the lack of (necessary) distinctions, i.e., the fact that it concerns everyone, c) the most concerning – the lack of discretion, which can have multiple purposes, mainly illegal. To be archived based on the indiscriminate filing, a datum without at least the conscious consent of the subject. While in the second CASE the identification of persons is used by public authorities for security reasons, then everyone indiscriminately becomes a potential suspect, says Professor Aliprantis. He emphasizes that this is extremely dangerous, as it entails electronic filing and individuals who, by assumption, have no involvement with crimes. However, it is also written that the third concept of indiscriminate data filing can be used for illegal purposes that violate the private lives of individuals, and even for profiteering exploitation.

H BIG DATA ELIMINATES EVEN THE LAST BREATH OF PRIVATE LIFE?

Furthermore, the author in the second part of his text develops the topic titled: Generalized profitable data collection through the “market” of data, which operates via the so‑called Big Data that means the generalization of the world’s electronic operation. With the big question being: Will Big Data also eliminate the last barrier of private life? Certainly yes. An answer that becomes even more certain is the revelation we made at the European Council on 24 – 25 October 2013, when it decided to postpone the adoption of personal data protection rules for European citizens. And this, shortly after the revelation of electronic espionage surveillance of European governments by the American intelligence service. To emphasize, Professor N. Aliprantis states: “This postponement is, as is obvious, a huge gift to the internet giants (Google, Facebook, Yahoo and Amazon)». The γ’ last part of this important text of N. Aliprantis’s book is titled: “The electronic dossier and the risks of freedoms”. To refer to identities, biometric measurements and their forms, biometric passport, etc., all of which have been surpassed by the modern general electronic dossier of electronic monitoring of citizens of Greece, Europe, the world. To conclude in the δ’ part to analyze the internal resistances of citizens against the violation of their private life. All this, however, facilitates, under the pretext of counter‑terrorism protection, the continuation of imprisonments, disappearances, decapitations as they continue today by the modern electronic totalitarianism!
