Sony hackers just sent out an immediate threat to the public, which is probably parallel to the "Christmas gift" they promised.
The latest information came from the Guardians of Peace (GOP) via text-sharing websites.
The threat is much darker than we're used to and seems to be related to the theaters where the film will be shown. What's disturbing is that 9/11 is mentioned.
Read the message:
We will soon clearly show you how bitter fate awaits those seeking entertainment at the premiere of the terrorist film “The Interview.”
Soon the whole world will see what a terrible film from Sony Pictures Entertainment can do.
The world will be afraid.
Remember September 11, 2001.
We recommend that you stay away at that time.
(If your house is nearby, then you should evacuate it.)
What is coming in the next few days will be brought by the greed of Sony Pictures Entertainment.
The whole world should denounce Sony.
The threat comes with new files of internal Sony data, and this time they target Michael Lynton, the company's CEO.
We will clearly show it to you at the very time and places "The Interview" be shown, including the premiere, how bitter fate those who seek fun in terror should be doomed to.
Soon all the world will see what an awful movie Sony Pictures Entertainment has made.
The world will be full of fear.
Remember the 11th of September 2001.
We recommend you to keep yourself distant from the places at that time.
(If your house is nearby, you'd better leave.)
Whatever comes in the coming days is called by the greed of Sony Pictures Entertainment.
All the world will denounce the SONY.
