A memo addressed to suppliers of Nokia's Devices and Services division reveals that the company is set to be renamed Microsoft Mobile after the expected completion of the acquisition of $1.1 billion on April 25, 2014.

The memo is published in its entirety on NokiaPowerUser.com. Nokia Oyj will be renamed Microsoft Mobile Oy, as a 100% subsidiary of Microsoft - a name that obviously refers to Microsoft's mobile division.
The same website refers to a revealing tip, according to which Nokia is allegedly preparing a smartwatch to be presented in the second half of 2014, based on a technology that the company had presented already in 2011, Nokia Kinetic for the manufacture of flexible phones with different manipulation by bending or pressing:
