Lotus has unveiled its C-01 superbike. Designed by Daniel Simon, whose work you may know from Tron: Legacy, Oblivion, and Captain America, the bike balances the form of an old classic Lotus with an undeniably modern finish.
Although Simon is best known for his concept bikes, and the C-01 certainly looks like it’s the product of the designer’s wild imagination, the bike will be released to the market. The British company plans to produce 100 units in partnership with German manufacturer Kodewa. The two companies have collaborated on racing cars.
