Bitcoin exchange rate hits $1,000 per unit

bitcoin-logo-3dBitcoins $ 1,000 according to Mt.Gox, one of the world's largest forex trading sites.

This is the first time that bitcoins have hit such an impressive exchange rate. In the last seven days alone, Bitcoin has managed to double its value, as it increased from $500 to $1000.
Of course, many continue to argue that bitcoins are experiencing a bubble, which means that the value of the digital currency is not actually that high. However, as with all other currencies, the exchange rate is determined by supply and demand. Since bitcoins are in limited supply, this could lead to a sharp increase in its value.
In March, for history, the digital currency was not even at $50, which makes its evolution in recent months even more impressive.
In any case, if you are thinking of investing, it would be a good idea to consult several people before doing so.
