As usual and to justify their reputation as the biggest online pirates, the leak came from the Chinese. The Windows 8.1 Enterprise RTM is now available for download from various file-sharing websites. It is not known if this specific version is already “broken” or if there is already some software that activates it. [ads2]
Although this specific version is in Chinese, it can easily be changed by "tampering" the iso file, so it wouldn't be at all strange if we see the same file in another language circulating on the internet in the coming days.
Of course, Microsoft wouldn't recommend downloading and installing the leaked version.
