Leaked photos of the iPad 5's aluminum casing

The website FanaticFone.com claims to have the aluminum casing of Apple 's iPad 5. The images confirm the rumors, and the leak seems to have some basis.

The blog published a series of photos showing a redesigned, full-size aluminum case for the iPad, with new volume buttons, speaker cutouts, and ridges around the perimeter.

The screen bezel is said to be thinner, and its design appears to be on par with that of the iPad mini, as already rumored.

The iPad 5 will be a bigger version of the iPad mini and will likely run on the fastest A-series chip ever made. It will have a Retina display, a better camera, and will run iOS 7.
