Kaspersky has released an interesting online tool that tells you how long it would take a hacker to crack your password with a brute force attack .
Interestingly, it will show you exactly the weak points of the password or phrase you are using. For example, users are warned about repeated characters, keyboard sequences, and over-used combinations of letters or numbers.
Secure Password Check is intended for educational purposes. Passwords are not stored by Kaspersky.
Try your password yourself, but be careful, as Kaspersky says it doesn't log passwords, but the passwords appear in plain text and not as black dots. So if you're thinking about doing it, it would be a good idea to be alone and not in a public place.
