While Microsoft continues to work on the upcoming Windows 8 upgrade, codenamed Blue, we've had a new leak.
Immediately after Microsoft sent Windows 8.1/Blue build 9374 to its partners for testing purposes, the new build is available for download from file sharing websites.
While it's not yet clear whether build 9374 brings any new improvements, it's pretty obvious that we're getting closer to a public beta version of the operating system, perhaps sometime this summer.
According to sources familiar with the matter, Windows 8.1 is expected to be released to consumers in August or September, while the public beta could be presented to developers at Microsoft's BUILD conference in June.
