Apple has just released iOS 6.1.2, which fixes the Exchange issue that appeared in version 6.1. Apart from the bug, it doesn't offer any other changes, and we don't know yet if it's jailbreakable, so if you want to keep your device "broken", don't rush to upgrade. However, if you're not interested in jailbreaking, you can upgrade via OTA, it's 107mb and has the build number 10B146.
Quote from Apple's release notes:
Fixes an Exchange calendar bug that could result in increased network activity and reduced battery life.
Stay tuned for any changes that Apple doesn't mention.
