HomeinetiHealth BP7: a wrist blood pressure monitor compatible with the iPad.

iHealth BP7: an iPad-compatible wrist blood pressure monitor.

The iHealth BP7 is a wrist blood pressure monitor, fully compatible with the iPhone and iPad, a consumer product and not a professional one. Its construction and its release on the market is something we have been waiting for, since we have all understood that even in the health sector, any move is profitable.

The product packaging lists all its main features and inside, you will find the Bluetooth meter, a miniUSB cable for charging and a detailed instruction manual. In the App Store you will find the free iHealth My Vitals application, which you must download and install before you start using the accessory in question.

As for the accessory itself, it is a wireless wrist blood pressure monitor, with a modern and beautiful design. It fits perfectly on any type of wrist, has a white screen and an LED display that shows whether the Bluetooth connection is active or not.

Its operation is simple and easy for each user. By opening the relevant application, we create our personal profile, click on the Start button and place the iHealth on our left wrist. We follow the instructions given by the application and in this way we can measure our pressure. The results are shown on the screen of our iPhone or iPad, are recorded in the application and we can then see a graph regarding the latest measurements. In addition, the application itself can warn us about whether the pressure measurement is normal, depending on age or weight, etc.

As you can see, a prerequisite for viewing the measurement results is to have an iOS device with you. iHealth can measure your blood pressure even if you don't have an iOS device with you, but in this case you won't be able to see it and it will appear on your screen as soon as you open the app.

It will be available on the market in February and will cost around €80.00.

It may seem a bit excessive to you, but those who face chronic cardiovascular problems and have to measure their blood pressure several times a day will appreciate it immensely.
