If you're lucky enough to be at the National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics in St. Petersburg, you'll see a giant iPhone. The iPhone-shaped monument is the size of an adult, and its huge screen displays photos, videos and text about Steve Jobs.
The monument was unveiled to the public after a competition held last year by the Progress IT Fund to find the right person to design the tribute. The winner was Gleb Tarasov and he named his design “Sunny QR Code”. The name refers to a QR code on the monument that sends the user who scans it to a page dedicated to Steve Jobs, however, we do not know the word “Sunny” that is mentioned.
