"Tattoo" instead of PIN to unlock the mobile phone

tattoo phoneMotorola will soon launch digital “tattoos” in the US market, with which owners of a “smart” Moto X mobile phone will be able to easily “unlock” their smartphone. According to the company, its product will make life easier for smartphone owners, who on average “unlock” their phone 39 times every day, wasting about 3.9 seconds each time with conventional “unlocking” methods (e.g. by typing in a PIN). The “tattoos” are coin-sized stickers that contain an NFC chip and can be placed anywhere on the body. Thus, when someone approaches their device to the sticker, the “lock” of the phone will be deactivated instantly. The stickers will be waterproof and should be replaced every 5 days. The company said that in the future it will make similar “tattoos” available for other phone brands.

THEY WILL COMMUNICATE WITH THE SMARTPHONE
Now also "smart" shoes

The shoes are the latest example in the storm of new accessories and clothes that have appeared recently and are "endowed" with intelligence. The "smart" shoes are called Lechal and will be launched abroad in September by the Indian company Ducere Technologies, with a price of 100 dollars. Their main feature is that, through the appropriate application, they can "communicate" with the smartphone of the one who wears them and from the Google Maps maps to control their route. Thus, every time they have to turn right or left, the corresponding shoe vibrates. The shoes also have special sensors, so that they can measure the distance the user has traveled and the calories they have consumed.

TOGETHER WITH THE TOKYO OLYMPICS
The Robot Olympics

Japan wants to hold Olympic games for robots in Tokyo, alongside the official 2020 Olympic Games that the capital of the Land of the Rising Sun has undertaken. The revelation was made by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe during his recent visit to robot production units in the city of Saitama, which are intended for industries but also for private use, such as elderly care. According to Abe, the idea is for the Robot Olympics to include a series of "sports" in which machines compete in specific skills. Japan has ranked robotics as one of the main pillars of development of its national economy, in the coming decades. An international robotics competition is already being held in the US by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) of the US Pentagon, while the Robocup, a soccer "World Cup" for autonomous machines, is held every year.
