Adobe recently announced that it has identified a very serious security flaw in Flash Player , which affects most browsers currently on the market. This flaw could allow any hacker not only to simply break into the affected system, but also to take complete control of it, causing irreparable damage and stealing the user's personal information.
Due to the seriousness of the situation, Adobe officials did their best to immediately fix the problem by releasing an update. However, this specific update will not be carried out automatically for all browsers, as it has become known, in some browsers the process will have to be done manually. So, users of Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 10 & 11 will not face the slightest problem, while in other browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera, but also in versions before Internet Explorer 9 there will be no automatic update and the process will have to be done by the user. Of course, if you are running one of the aforementioned browsers, nothing fancy is needed from you, as all you have to do is download the latest version of Adobe Flash, by clicking here.
Also, if you are asked by the operating system to automatically upgrade your Flash Player version, you simply need to proceed with the process, while you can also do it through the search field of Windows 8 and Windows 7 , simply by entering the word “ Flash Player ” in the field and then going to the “ Advanced ” tab. From there you can easily upgrade your Flash Player version by clicking on the “ Check Now ” option.
