In fact, the template for the free WordPress platform that was used as is on the NERIT website is called Ya'aburnee and costs just $55. We are not sure that the people who designed it had such grandeur in mind, but we wonder how NERIT's prestige is ensured by having the same image as 382 other sites that have also purchased the same theme to promote their businesses.
We are not sure, of course, that the €35,000 announced in accordance with the decision BIXOOXNL-OPS3 was allocated , since, as usual, NERIT has not yet posted the approval of the expenditure. However, in the announcement we read that interested parties should offer “the unified aesthetic corporate identity and the development of its corresponding functions”. By a diabolical coincidence, it seems that the ready-made template covered these specifications on its own
We will not expand on the absurdities of the announcement such as the one in which the contractor undertakes to “provide the ability to flexibly manage users and their roles”, that is, what the free WordPress platform provides by itself , as well as almost all the requirements. However, it is worth noting that the cost of €35,000 does not include the cost of hosting on the servers or streaming, which could increase the cost. We do not know this cost yet, since only the decision of VIXOOXNL-NMO for the public consultation on the development of a content playback application (live streaming) is posted on Di@ygeia. It therefore remains strange that while a contractor has not been officially decided, the services are normally offered by the NERIT website, which has a real value of $55.
Because the company that owns ThePressProject is an IT company, we know very well that the cost of customizing a Template (especially to the small extent that has been done in the case of NERIT) does not exceed 2,000 to 3,000 euros.
Anyway, for fun after the elections, we'll be releasing a version of the TPP with the same template (it's $55)...

NERIT responded to the article by claiming that the competition we read about in Di@ygeia did not proceed and that the project was implemented internally. We have therefore added a few more questions:
1. It was decided that there is no reason to protect the prestige of NERIT as described in the competition and that is why you chose a Template identical to 283 other sites?
2. Which company offers streaming? Based on which decision published in Di@ygeia can we find its cost.
3. Why didn't the competition proceed?
