The first online educational fire safety game, designed specifically for the information needs of employees in their professional environment, is presented by the company inspiring career, a member of gi-Cluster, responding to the needs of both the Greek and international markets.
Within the framework of the current legislation on informing employees about fire safety issues, inspiring career combined fun with learning and transformed this obligation into an educational game, marking the beginning of a series of other serious games of similar logic that it is developing.
As Danae Antonopoulou, manager of inspiring career, said: "The game has already been tested by large companies and, with great satisfaction, we see that the processes for its integration into the basic functions of the human resources department are progressing. We started with the fire safety game, while we are already in the development stage of our next titles and with our participation in gi-Cluster we have been given the opportunity to meet like-minded people and create professional ties, which I hope will strengthen both our own dynamics and the Greek market as a whole.".
As stated in a relevant announcement, Inspiring Career is a newly founded Greek company specializing in human resources management and, specifically, in middle-level executives with a technological orientation and an activity focused on educational gaming.
Serious games, developed by inspiring career, can support corporate operations and increase the acceptance of human resource management initiatives, offering significant advantages, such as:

Foreign language versions (Greek and English, in progress French and Spanish).
Possibility of repetition by each player without restrictions.

Greater efficiency, as the user can set the speed at which he completes each track (learning stage), assimilating the information he receives.
Accessibility from anywhere in the world, via the internet.
Possibility of online tracking - complete performance history of each employee.
Opportunity to strengthen the company's reputation with the most up-to-date practices for better employee safety and development.
