A pen that is not only a pen but also... a charger for Android devices , but also Apple products and other gadgets, has been created by a company based in London. Firebox's "Power Pen" features a 700mAH battery, a micro USB port for Android phones, tablets, e-readers and portable speakers, as well as a Lightning Connector for the latest Apple products. In addition, it functions as a stylus for any touchscreen, as well as a "classic" pen, reports a MailOnline article.
The built-in battery may not be enough to fully charge a device, but the energy it provides is enough to give it a breath of "breath".
According to the company, the pen charger can provide energy equivalent to one-third of the "endurance" of a D battery, however this depends on the specific device being used at any given time.
