Better lighting and color contrast before uploading via Facebook!
It's been more than two years since social media giant Facebookbought Instagram, but now it seems the latter is starting to affect the former. In an update that's being prepared for the Facebook app on iOS devices, the company will add the service of automatically editing and improving photos before they're uploaded to users' profiles. Any improvements will also be editable, with filters and the crop option still available, but Facebook is now looking for ways to achieve even better... aesthetic results.

This tool, which was currently optional, will be released first for iOS users, followed by Android users. To access this feature, select Photo and then a photo from your phone or tablet's camera roll.
The photo will appear in a post window and in the bottom left corner you will see a highlighted icon, reports MailOnline. The user can tap the same icon again to "remove" the enhancements and see what the photo looked like before.
