Finally, Twitter has updated its Windows Phone app with some improvements related to photos.
Since November 2013, when the final version was released, the application has been updated about seven times, while recently the company had neglected the Windows Phone application and had focused more on the applications for Android and iPhone.
Users will now be able to “upload” multiple photos at once in a tweet while GIF support has not yet been added to the application. The update has brought the ability to add replies, favorites and retweets from another user’s timeline. Also, the preview of shared content, such as vine videos, images and more, is visible in the timeline.
Finally, users will be able to tag their friends in photos, share them via direct message and start a conversation. Small changes have also been added to the user interface, such as the font of the heading which has increased and looks huge and disproportionate.
