It's an interesting idea, until you see it in practice..
The idea behind the digital tattoo isn't bad: you want to unlock and sync your smartphone data securely , but you don't want to use a PIN and password, or your fingerprint. What do you do? You buy the digital tattoo for just $1, stick it on yourself, and all you have to do is touch your smartphone to it. It's that simple! It's essentially an NFC tag in the form of a tattoo, and it seems to only work with the Motorola Moto X, for now.
This is where the practical problems begin: first of all, within 5 days its glue dries and falls off, so you have to replace it. That's why its company sells it in a box of ten and costs 10 dollars. If you get used to it, get ready to add another small expense to your monthly budget. Then, its appearance is a bit horrible and looks like a symptom of skin cancer. From an aesthetic point of view, then, it's a disgrace. Another possible impact on your social relationships has to do with the fact that, despite the fact that we live in an extremely technologically advanced era, there are many religious idiots who will take digital tattoo as practical proof of the Coming of the Antichrist and you as an agent of Beelzebub, stamped with the seal of the Beast. Are you kidding? Me too, but you never know with the crazy people around us...
