The new version of Android 4.4.3, which is a minor update for KitKat, has started to be made available by Google, however, only through Factory Images for Nexus phones and tablets that you can find here (Warning: this type of upgrade deletes everything on your device).
However, those who have no experience with such upgrades and do not wish to experiment with them can simply wait for the Over the Air (OTA) update to be released. A little more patience is needed, as it is expected to be available in the coming days and gradually for the Nexus 4, 5, 7 and 10 models.
The new version of Android KitKat brings a new dialer and changes to contacts, which you can see in the screenshots, with new color schemes and other minor differences, while, as always, bug fixes and security improvements have been made.
