RemoteBox, a graphical tool (GTK), written in Perl, that allows users to manage virtual machines running in VirtualBox on a remote server, is available in version 1.8.
RemoteBox can run on a variety of operating systems, including Linux and BSD. The server part of the application can run on any operating system supported by VirtualBox .
According to the changelog, an option to automatically start selected guests has been added on host system reboot, an option to set the start delay on a guest so that it can start in a specific sequence, the ability to set the shutdown type on a guest has been added when the host has already shut down, and a preference has been implemented in VirtualBox to set the database autostart location.
Also, images have been added to the snapshot catalog, additional information is now provided when a storage medium is selected in VMM, the ability to add, remove, and edit NAT Networks via the preferences menu in VirtualBox has been added, and various bugs have been fixed.
