AMD is set to introduce a new range of processors based on its “Kabini” architecture with six new low-power aimed at mobile devices.
Starting from the weakest models, we find the dual-core E 1-2100 and E 1-2150 . The two processors are clocked at 1GHz and 1.05 GHz respectively, have 1 MB L2 cache and integrate a Radeon HD 8210 graphics subsystem with Graphics CoreNext technology .
In addition to the first two identical APUs, the “E” series is completed with the quad-core E2-3800, which is clocked at 1.3GHz, has 2 MB L2 cache and a Radeon HD 8280.
Three more models of the “A” series complete the range of new low-power APUs. As in the “E” series, the first two models A4-5000 and A4-5050 are identical. They have a frequency of 1.5GHz and 1.55 GHz, four cores, 2MB cache and Radeon HD 8330.
Finally, the most powerful model is the quad-core A6-5200, which is clocked at 2GHz , has 4MB cache and integrates Radeon HD 8400.
