Apple's Cosmic Orange color for the iPhone 17 Pro proved to be extremely popular and was credited with helping the company achieve record iPhone sales last year. It seems the company's competitors have been watching closely, as several of them have adopted a very similar color tone for their latest Android smartphones.

Not one, but several phone manufacturers were showing off devices that were identical to the iPhone 17 Pro Max, from the size and layout of the buttons to the rear camera setup.
And of course, they wore the unmistakable orange. While we saw some of the best phones at MWC that really got us excited, we also saw some deliberate attempts to capitalize on the progress Apple made with the iPhone 17 Pro Max in Cosmic Orange. The Hotwav A17 Pro Max shamelessly copied the naming scheme and camera module layout, all but the color. It wasn’t just smartphones that copied Apple’s most popular color.
The color has also been seen in a number of other product categories, such as the Charger Anker Nano with Smart Display. Now that Apple has released the MacBook Neo in some fun new colors, we can no doubt expect those to be copied as well. The copying trend isn't just limited to smartphones and chargers.
