A 23-year-old man from Ilaro, a town in Ogun State, Nigeria, has been arrested for fraud and hacking into various major websites.
According to reports, the young Adeniji Lukman, recently graduated from college and is an expert in web design.
He has admitted to carrying out hacking attacks on various government agency websites, including the State Security Service, the National Examinations Council, the Nigerian Immigration Service, and the Nigeria.
He has also hacked into university systems to steal exam answers, which he sold to other students. The hacker has also reportedly sold fake recruitment forms to job seekers.
Authorities had been trying to arrest him since late last year. He was finally arrested on September 26, 2013.
