One of the largest mobile payment services in the United States, Google Wallet, has just added support for more banks and credit institutions. Since its initial launch in 2011, Google Wallet has aimed to become more than just a mobile payment service.

Today, Google Wallet not only allows Android to make payments using their phones, tablets , and watches, but also helps them securely store payment cards, loyalty cards, concert tickets, ID cards, public transportation cards, and more.
However, the main use of the service remains the ability to make payments using just your phone, so it's important that Google Wallet supports as many banks as possible.
This doesn't seem to be a problem, as Google Wallet offers support for hundreds of U.S. banks and credit unions. This week, 47 names were added to the list of banks supported by Google Wallet:

In addition, Google Wallet has added HealthEquity to its list of supported institutions, which means you'll be able to store your "FSA cards and Commuter cards" in the service's digital locker.
