Many people may not be aware that Apple is making a major change to the Fitness app in iOS 18, the upcoming software update for supported iPhones. The app redesign allows you to customize the Summary in the app.

Keep in mind that iOS 18 is currently in beta, which means it's not available yet. However, you can sign up for the beta and be the first to see all the new features.
How to customize the Summary page in Apple Fitness
The changes to Apple Fitness are still in the development stage, and there may be further adjustments before the first public version of iOS 18 is released. Here's how to make adjustments to the Apple Fitness summary page in iOS 18.

Step 1: Open the Apple Fitness to display the default Summary.
Step 2: Scroll down and then select Edit Summary.
Step 3: To make changes to the Summary, firmly press the screen. Then, use your finger to drag the various cards on the screen to different locations to best suit your needs. For example, you can move the Fitness+ to the top.

Step 4: To add new sections to the Summary, select the Add at the top right.
Step 5: From this page, you can add a card to Summary . Select the one you want to add and then select Add card.
Step 6: Select Done when you are finished editing.

As of the current iOS 18, you can't remove cards from the Apple Fitness Summary page the same way you can add them. So we haven't included steps to remove them at this time. However, we expect this feature to be added later in the series.
